Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just specify the email account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
